ABOUT
Graise Business Services (GBS) was established in November, 2001 as a part-time endeavor providing custom report writing to Yardi clients and has now grown into a full-time consulting service. GBS currently provides a broad range of services to customers across the U.S.. Graise Business Services has provided full-time consulting in the area of training, implementation, and support of Yardi products since July, 2010. The business is located in Vernon Hills, IL just north of downtown Chicago.
Laura Banks - Founder
Laura Banks (consultant and founder) holds a BA with an emphasis in Information Technology from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She has supported Yardi products for two Illinois real estate organizations as a Programmer/Analyst, Database Administrator and Director of Software Systems for a combined total of 7 yrs. For an additional 5 years, Laura also provided support to many businesses across the U.S. (who use Yardi as their accounting software of choice) while employed as an Implementation Consultant for Yardi Systems, Inc. She is experienced in analyzing Yardi database setup including critical chart of accounts elements, identifying data issues, database customization, data correction, and has proven to be a problem solver who is comfortable with proposing solutions that help businesses move forward with their system endeavors.
Laura has also worked for other companies, agencies and institutions such as Mississippi State Tax Commission, Alcorn State University, City of North Chicago, Allstate Insurance Company - Corporate, Nestle Clinical Nutrition a subsidiary of Nestle USA, and Green Courte Partners.
